500 ml Flour

Salt

1 pinch Salt

Sugar

1 pinch Sugar

Water

1/2 cup Water

Yeast

2 grams Yeast

1 - Dilute the yeast in warm water. Slowly add this to the dough.

2 - Leave the dough to rest for 30 to 45 minutes.

3 - Add the salt, sugar and butter (cut into small dice).

4 - Place the flour in a large bowl.

5 - Mix it all in using the tips of your fingers.
