Step - 1
1 - Mix in the nutmeg, flour, eggs and salt until the paste looks smooth.
2 - Once cooked, mash the potatoes thoroughly and leave to cool.
3 - Peel the potatoes, dice them and cook them for 25 minutes.
4 - Finish cooking the gnocchi throwing them in boiling. They're cooked when they start floating.
5 - Separate the dough into small rugby balls. Shape them using the spikes of a fork.
