500 ml Creme Fraiche

400 grams Lardons

Spaghetti

500 grams Spaghetti

1 - Fry the lardons until they start to crisp.

2 - Add the creme fraiche. Season with just salt and black pepper.

3 - Gently cook for 15min. Make sure the cream doesn't boil.

4 - Add in the eggs yellow once you've turned the heat off.
