200 ml Olive Oil

Salt

5 grams Salt

1 - Mix the eggs yellow and mustard together.

2 - Crush in the garlic, salt and black pepper together.

3 - Slowly add the cold oil in so your mayonnaise doesn't collapse.

4 - Keep covered and chilled until serving.
