Step - 1
1 - Fry the curry paste in the oil. Add a little water if the paste sticks to the sauce pan. Cook for 5 min. Tip: when you throat starts to tickle form the spices fumes, the spices will be cooked.
2 - Add the milk, oil, sugar and kaffir leaves. Cook at medium heat while the milk heats up.
3 - Add the vegetables and cook for 5-10min.
4 - Add the chicken and cook another 5 minutes.
5 - Serve in a bowl accompanied with white rice on the side.
