1 pinch Black Pepper

Garlic

2 units Garlic

Olive Oil

100 ml Olive Oil

Peppers

3 units Peppers

Salt

1 pinch Salt

1 - Crush the garlic with salt, black pepper and mix in the oil.

2 - Roast the peppers for 30min.

3 - Peal the peppers discarding any burned skin.

4 - Put the pepper to soak in the garlic oil for 2hrs in the fridge.
