Milk

75 ml Milk

Olive Oil

25 ml Olive Oil

Salt

2 tsp Salt

Water

325 ml Water

Yeast

7 grams Yeast

1 - Pour the water, milk and oil in a jar and slightly warm in a microwave or on the hob.

2 - Mix the flour, salt and yeast in a bowl.

3 - Slowly add the liquids to the flour mix. Stir using a wooden spoon until the batter is less soggy.

4 - Knead your dough for 5 minutes.

5 - Leave to rest at least 1h30.
