- White pepper, couple pinches12 oz pork1 tsp minced ginger1 stalk of scallion1 tbsp soy sauce1/4 tsb salt1/4 tsb sugar1 tbsp oyster sauce: 1 tbsp Chinese rice cooking wine2 tsp corn starch2 tbsp sesame oil.4 cup of water
