2 Chayote
3 Courgette
1 Aubergine
1 Carrot
2 Potato

- Dans une cocotte, à feu doux, versez l’huile et faites y revenir la viande et les oignons pendant 10 minutes.
- Lorsque la viande est bien cuite, ajoutez la poudre à colombo, puis les rondelles de cristophine, de courgettes, d’aubergine, de carotte, les pommes de terre et l’ail.
- Salez et poivrez selon votre convenance.
- Couvrez d’eau puis laissez cuire environ 45 minutes à feu doux.
