400grams Lardons

40cl Double Cream

200grams Cheese

2tsp Olive Oil

1pinch Salt

Ingredient Image

1pinch Black Pepper

Instructions

- Faire blanchir les feuilles de chou 5 min dans l'eau bouillante. Égouttez les et coupez les en morceaux.

- Faire revenir les oignons et les lardons dans l'huile d'olive.

- Ajoutez le chou. Saler. Poivrer.

- Laisser mijoter 20 minutes.

- Dans un saladier mélanger les oeufs et la crème.

- Verser cette préparation dans le chou puis mettre dans un plat à gratin.

- Parsemer de gruyère râpé.

- Mettre au four 20 minutes 200°C
