Another great chicken casserole. Now winter is here we need more of these to keep us warm.

Step - 1 | Before you start
1 - Pre-heat the oven at 180C.
Step - 2 | Prepare the casserole
1 - Then add the remaining vegetables and cook 5 min before you add the stocks.
2 - Fry the chicken in the butter, oil, salt and pepper until it's golden brown. The olive oil will add flavour and prevent the butter from burning.
3 - Add the onions and herbs and cook another 5 minutes.
4 - Simmer 5-10 min before you put the casserole in the oven for a short hour.
Step - 3 | Cooking
1 - Cook at least 1 hour. Checking regularly nothing is catching to the dish.
