Step 1 | Just throw everything in together
1 - Chop onion and 1/2 new potatoes
2 - Place in casserole dish with all other ingredients.
3 - Mix together well and place in the middle of the oven.
4 - Slow cook for 3 hours, checking if the sauce hasn't reduced too much (add more coconut milk where needed).
