1 - Peel the garlic and cut into small cubes. Onions cut into cubes. On a large high skillet or large pot, pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil, put the garlic and heat for several seconds, add the onion and chili in its entirety. Fry for about 5 minutes on a moderate heat stirring every couple of minutes until the onions are zeszkli.

3 - Add a tablespoon of olive oil, sliced ??mushrooms and cut into cubes eggplant. Fry for about 10 - 12 minutes, occasionally vegetable mix, in the meantime, season with salt and pepper.

4 - Blanch the tomatoes, peel, cut the stems, remove the seeds. Cut into cubes and toss together with the juice to vegetables. Add the tomato passata, red pepper powder and dried oregano, season with sugar and cook for about 5 minutes, stir occasionally. If leczo was too thick, dilute it with hot water or broth.
