1 - Dig a hole in in middle of the flour and add the eggs, oil, milk and rum.

2 - Leave your batter covered to rest for at least 30 minutes.

50 grams Butter

1 - Add more milk of the batter has thickened too much.

2 - Cook on at very high heat in a well greased non-stick medium size frying pan.

3 - You should fry the first side about 1 minute and the second side about 30 seconds. This really depends on the heat of your fire and the size of your frying pan.
