Step - 1
1 - Thinly dice the onions, carrots and celery.

5 - Add a cup of wine, a cup of water, a cube of chicken stock, tomato pur?É¬©e and the tomatoes. Stir well until the temperature has risen again.
6 - Pressure cook for 10 minutes.
