1 - Thinly dice the onions, carrots and celery.

2 - Fry them in a tablespoon of olive oil, until the onions start to soften.

3 - Add the mince meat and stir gently until the meat is brown.

4 - Add the garlic, the herbs and black pepper to taste.

5 - Add a cup of wine, a cup of water, a cube of chicken stock, tomato pur?ɬ©e and the tomatoes. Stir well until the temperature has risen again.

6 - Pressure cook for 10 minutes.
