Step - 1
1 - Put in the electric blender the egg yolks, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, salt and pepper.
2 - Melt the butter in a saucepan. Blend it manually.
3 - Add the hot butter to the hollandaise sauce in the blender. Blend at full speed until the sauce get thick.
4 - Serve immediately.
