Step - 1

Beef Stock

1 Beef Stock

Red Wine

1 glass Red Wine

1 - Make some stock using red wine and an onion.

STEAKS

Bacon

4 slice Bacon

Beef T Bone Steak

2 whole Beef T Bone Steak

Black Pepper

1 pinch Black Pepper

Butter

25 gram Butter

Mustard

2 tbsp Mustard

Salt

1 pinch Salt

1 - Cook the steaks with a little butter, salt and black pepper in very hot pan for 5min on each side (medium rare).

2 - Once the steaks are cooked, leave them to cool on a cooling rack and then marinade them in mustard.

3 - Start cooking the bacon under the grill. Leave it for 15 minutes or until it's crispy enough for you.

CARROT AND SWEDE MASH

Carrot

2 whole Carrot

New Potato

4 whole New Potato

1 - Steam or boil the carrots and swede potatoes for 15 minutes.

2 - Drain the water and mash the carrots and swedes with a little butter, salt and black pepper.

MUSHROOM PASTE

Garlic

2 whole Garlic

Mushroom

200 gram Mushroom

Parsley

10 gram Parsley

1 - Mince the mushroom and cook them in butter, salt and pepper for 15 minutes. Keep the lid close to retain the water.

2 - Add the crushed garlic and minced parsley. Cook for another 5 minutes.
