Pear and Nutella Gateau
Such an easy cake to make. Everyone will want a second serving

1 - Add slowly the flour.
2 - Beat the egg whites and add them to the above.
3 - Cook on a flat surface for 10-15min.
4 - Cool and cut it to the right shape and size.
5 - Mix the egg yolks and sugar together until the paste whitens.
1 - Lay the genoise on a tray.
2 - Place half the sliced pears on the genoise.
3 - Cover the pears with the chocolate cream.
4 - Do another set of genoise and pears.
5 - Apply the last layer of chocolate cream with a pipping bag to make the finish look a little more elegant.
1 - Prepare the chocolate cream my mixing equal quantities of Nutella and Mascarpone.
